Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Floor Manager to assist the GM and AGM in managing staff and creating a great experience for our customers. Duties of a floor manager includes helping employees develop additional skills and knowledge, monitor performance and ensure that operations of the restaurant run smooth.

Responsibilities:

Managing floor staff, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring tables are cleaned, and floors are swept
Managing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
Maintains operations policies and standard operating procedures
Filling in where needed
Cash handling

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience
Management or supervisory experience
Customer service skills
Training in food safety
Alcohol Awareness training is recommended
Financial literacy
Inventory control skills
Knowledge of restaurant management software
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment

Compensation: $55,000.00 per year
